Greene County is part of the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit. There are five judges on the circuit that rotate through multiple counties. Honorable William A. Trenton Brown III, Judge Alison Burleson, Judge Brenda Holbert Trammel, and Judge Amanda Petty are the other judges on the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit.
