The Superior Court is Georgia's general jurisdiction trial court. It has jurisdiction over both criminal cases such as felony cases, divorce cases, equity cases and cases that involve a jury. Hancock County is part of the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit. There are five judges on the circuit that rotate through multiple counties. Honorable William A.
